Cancellation Policy

K9 Multimedia Cancellation Policy Recording Studio, Photography, and Videography Bookings: All bookings must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Notification for rescheduling should be made via email at info@k9multimedia.com or by calling 505-553-2979. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in a forfeiture of the booking fee, which is non-refundable. Event Bookings: Event bookings must be rescheduled at least one week (7 days) in advance. Rescheduling an event booking will incur a 50% reschedule fee. Notification for rescheduling should be made via email at info@k9multimedia.com or by calling 505-553-2979. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in a forfeiture of the booking fee, which is non-refundable. Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations. Flexibility may be offered at the discretion of management. Acknowledgment: By making a booking with K9 Multimedia, clients acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.
